Okan Batur Okan, who has a visual perception and realised his ability to feel early, was born in 1987 in Tokat. He tries to keep himself constantly updated in the cinema books he reads and in the gaps of the films he watches. Time is a big black hole for him. After 13 years of passion for photography and 6 years of passion for video, he started to shoot short feature films. His short film "The Mind" had 3 screenings at Lift Off festivals in England.
