Köksal İçöz Köksal, born in Istanbul in 1991, studied telecommunications engineering at Istanbul Technical University. In his early college years, he discovered his passion for cinema not only as a spectator but with an interest in telling stories himself. After completing his career, he went to Granada (Spain) to study a film master's degree where he shot his first short film, ‘Agujero’. The short film was selected in five festivals and won the award for best short film by young directors. In 2020 he wrote and directed his second short film "En Tiempos de Sequía", where he also had his first experience as a leading actor. This short film was also selected around 10 festivals around the world. He continues to write, direct and protagonize in his last short film "Kor" where he produces with his DoP Fernando Barrantes in the name of "Dequilibrio Films".Yönetmenliğini Yaptığı Kısa Filmler
