Mehmet and Pablo meet after a long time. What at first seems to be a meeting to
celebrate Pablo becoming a father, will end up becoming a very different matter.
Everything will change for Pablo after Mehmet asks him for a favor that will
mark his life forever.
Mehmet y Pablo se reunen despues de mucho tiempo. Lo que al principio parece ser
una reunión para celebrar que Pablo ha sido padre, acabará convirtiéndose un
asunto muy diferente. Todo cambiará para Pablo después de que Mehmet le pida un
favor que marcará su vida para siempre.
Nowadays we can feel prejudice and social pressure. I wanted to create a
character and his story in order to carry out his last wish. I created this
story inspiring from Mehmet Pişkin’s last wish, who passed away in 2014 with a
suicide letter video on social media. This story is a reproach to the burial of
a person whose last wish was not to be buried and who expressed this very
clearly. Mehmet suspects that neither tradition nor bureaucracy will respect his
last wish, so he executes a plan where does not leave anything to chance.
