Müfti, yazarlık tutkusu uğruna hayatın yükünü omuzlamış genç bir sanatçıdır. Tek
kişilik tiyatro oyununu sahneleme hayaliyle hocasına ulaşır. Provası alkışlanır
ama sahnede seyirciler salonu terk eder. Müfti yalnız kalmasına rağmen oyunu
tamamlar. Yıllar sonra bu oyunu filme dönüştürür ve büyük başarı kazanır.
“Sanat, alkış beklemez; anlaşılmak ister.” mesajıyla hikâyesini tamamlar
The Mufti is a young artist who has shouldered life's burdens for the sake of
his passion for writing. He approaches his teacher with the dream of staging a
one-man play. His rehearsal is applauded, but the audience leaves the theater
during the performance. Despite being alone, the Mufti completes the play. Years
later, he turns this play into a film and achieves great success. He completes
his story with the message: "Art does not wait for applause; it wants to be
understood.
