Gökçen encounters a woman in the library who looks exactly like her and the
woman offers her a deal. Gökçen's life will never be the same after the
agreement.
Our story begins with our character accepting an agreement not to die, despite
the fact that he does not remember anything. ”The Last Shot" represents the
common problem of many people we encounter in real life :the search for meaning
and an inner feeling of emptiness. The values that Gökçen could not realize
while living bring him to the point of surrendering his soul to the devil. In
the film, instead of an ordinary narrative, we have transformed a Faust story
with fantastic elements into a human's search for meaning. On the basis of the
story, it reflects Gökçen's desire to live inside and how important human's most
basic emotional ties are in his life. Visually, a deep and thought-provoking
atmosphere is presented to the viewer by using more lighting and a purgatory-like
space. The struggle between light and darkness was reflected by the lighting
Decking of the scenes. In addition, the visual appearance of the film was
enriched with the costumes of our character. The music of the story is also
extremely important. It was aimed to create an emotional connection with the
audience by providing emotional depth with music. The actor's performances, the
successful portrayal of similar characters who are at the center of the story,
became of particular importance for our story. The last Shot - he invites his
audience to think and take an inner journey with a topic to which he will give
different answers every time he is asked.
