Spor için ormanda koşu yapan bir adam, yolunun üzerindeki devrilmiş ağaçların
arasında durur. Yere çökmüş bir ağaca dokunduğu anda etrafı bir anda değişir
kendini boğucu bir sessizliğin hâkim olduğu gelecekte bulur. Nefes alamaz hâle
gelir ve şiddetli öksürüklerle sendeler. Artık ortada tek bir ağaç bile yoktur.
Tam umudunu yitirecekken önünde küçük bir fidan ve yanında bir tas su vardır.
Fidanı toprağa yerleştirir ve suyu dikkatle üzerine döker. Bu hareketle birlikte
zaman yeniden akmaya başlar ve adam bir anda bugüne geri döner. Az önce
gördüklerinin etkisiyle derin bir korkuya kapılır. Hemen yakındaki kuleye doğru
koşarak yukarı doğru çıkar. En tepeye ulaştığında ise karşısına çıkan manzara
içini doldurur - yemyeşil doğa, Derin bir nefes alır, yüzünde huzurlu bir
gülümseme belirir.
A man jogging in the forest stops among fallen trees along his path. The moment
he touches a fallen tree, his surroundings change he finds himself in a future
filled with suffocating silence. He loses his breath and stumbles with violent
coughs. Not a single tree is in sight. Just as he's about to lose hope, a small
sapling appears before him, along with a bowl of water. He places the sapling in
the soil and carefully pours the water over it. With this movement, time begins
to flow again, and the man is suddenly brought back to the present. He's gripped
by a deep fear of what he's just seen. He runs toward the nearby tower and
ascends. When he reaches the top, the sight fills him: lush greenery. He takes a
deep breath, and a peaceful smile spreads across his face.
