Airports have an important place as businesses in the civil aviation sector. Especially Istanbul Airport (IGA) is a high-capacity airport that is very important for our country. In this study, the paths of people working at airports from past to present, what kind of difficulties they encountered, what precautions they took (to prevent flights from being disrupted), and business areas at airports that passengers do not see or know about are discussed. The development of the civil aviation sector has created new business areas at airports. For this reason, the stages of preparing for the flight, which are unknown to both new employers and passengers, are revealed in the documentary film "Invisible Heroes of Airports".
