hikâyesini anlatıyor. Filipinler’deki iki bin yıllık pirinç terasları dünya
harikalarından biri. Her yıl binlerce turist burayı ziyaret ediyor. Ancak burada
görünenin ötesinde bambaşka hayatlar yaşanıyor. Yaklaşık 12 milyon Filipinli
dünyanın farklı yerlerine çalışmaya gidiyor. Bu durum en çok geride kalan
çocukları etkiliyor. Annesinden ayrı yaşayan 6 yaşındaki Bensey’in hikâyesi ve
annesine ulaşma macerası ülkede yaşanan sorunları bir çocuğun gözünden
anlatıyor.
The documentary For My Family is telling the stories of mothers, fathers and
children who are struggling to keep the family foundation alive under every
circumstances, against all the destructive elements. The two thousand years old
rice terraces in Philippines are one of the wonders of the world. Each year,
thousands of tourists visit here. However, behind what everyone sees here,
completely di? erent lives exist here. Almost 12 million Filipinos go to work in
di? erent locations around the world. This situation a? ects the children left
behind the most. Living away from his mother, the story of 6 year old Bensey and
his struggle to reach his mother tells the troubles happening in the country
through the eyes of a child.
