Begum Bilgenoglu, started to study in the Communication and Design department of
Bilkent University in 2005 and she got her scholarship in her sophomore year.
She is interested in photography and graphic design. She worked as the director
of design in MUNTR in 2009. She started to work with film in her junior year.
She worked on some short films "izler" as the boom holder,"kareler" as the
writer, "maldon" as the cameraman, and "recall" as the sound designer. She was
one of the curators and graphic designers in "doku-nus, the exhibition of
Bilkent University. She worked in REKMAY Advertisement Company with the creative
director and in CNNTURK with the picture editors and the news cameraman as
intern. She worked as the director of the short film "Shattered" last term. Her
some photographs about Korean foreign ministry were published in a magazine
called “VIP Diplomat”. Now she is working on her installation “Kulak Misafiri”
as photographer, sound designer, production and graphic designer.
