Ömer Ali KazmaFinishing Robert College in Istanbul he left for America in 1989 and completed his undergraduate studies there. After a brief stay in London where he studied photography, Ali moved to New York in 1995. He finished his MA degree at The New School during and after which he continued to work on film and video projects. Between 1995 and 1998 he worked as a teaching assistant at The New School University. In 2000, he returned to Istanbul where he started his own production company, nnaCo, with two friends. They have finished commercial products as well as continuing to work on their own projects.
