1985 yazı, çok sıcak bir gün... Bodrum’da yaşan Gaye ve Hakan, kısa bir ziyaret
sonrası Istanbul’a veda etmeden önce sinema okulundan arkadaşları Selen’e
uğramak ister. Uzun zaman önce ödünç aldıkları karışık kaseti geri
vereceklerdir. Selen’in oturduğu binada apartman görevlisiyle girdikleri
tartışma ise karakolda sonlanır. Selen’e eski sevgilisi ünlü oyuncu Orçun’un
hediye ettiği, duygusal değeri yüksek bu kasetten doğan karmaşa, gün boyunca pek
çok farklı kişinin hayatını etkiler. Tiyatro yönetmeni ve Istanbul Film
Festivali direktörü Kerem Ayan’ın sinemamızın usta isimlerinden Ümit Ünal’ın
senaryosundan filme aldığı Oregon nostaljik bir komedi.
A sweltering summer day in 1985... Gaye and Hakan live in Bodrum, but they are
visiting Istanbul and want to see Selen, their old film school friend, before
leaving. They want to return the mixtape they borrowed a long time ago. Arriving
at Selen’s building, an argument with the janitor ends up at the police station.
As a gift from her ex-lover, the famous actor Orçun, the tape has sentimental
value for Selen, but the troubles unleashed by the tape affect many people’s
lives throughout the day. Oregon is a nostalgic comedy by theatre director and
Istanbul Film Festival director Kerem Ayan from the script of the acclaimed Ümit
Ünal.
