Mr. K, caught between a mundane life and a miserable past, finds himself
questioning his fate after the mysterious death of his neighbor. Is his fate
designed by the normal flow of life or by some actors he does not even know
about? Has his life led to the existence of the file, or has the file led to his
existence?
