Doğal bir yamaca oyulmuş, devasa ağaç köklerinin sahne oluşturduğu görkemli bir
amfitiyatroda, yapraklar ve organik materyallerden yapılmış enstrümanlar çalan
Doğa Orkestrası, evrenin ham ve sakin melodilerini seslendirir. Başlangıçta bu
büyülü atmosfere kapılan modern seyirci kitlesi için bu saf armoni, kısa sürede
dayanılmaz bir sıkıntıya dönüşür.
Küçük bir umursamazlık eylemiyle başlayan ilk kıvılcım, hızla büyüyerek kolektif
bir cinnete evrilir. Alaycı kahkahalar ve sahneye atılan çöplerle başlayan
saygısızlık, kısa sürede müzisyenlere yönelik tacize, enstrümanların
parçalandığı ve sahnenin endüstriyel makinelerle yok edildiği topyekûn bir
yıkıma dönüşür. Kitle psikolojisinin arkasına saklanan bireyler; anlamsız
bahaneler, kişisel ön yargılar ve anlık heveslerle bu yıkım ayinine katılır.
Seyirci, istediği gösteriyi yaratırken, doğanın kendisi son sözünü söyler - tüm
amfitiyatro, içindeki kalabalıkla birlikte devasa bir çukura çökerek sessizliğe
gömülür. Aylar sonra, o yemyeşil vadi artık endüstriyel bir yıkımın yarattığı
dev bir maden ocağıdır.
Fakat tüm bu felaket, genç bir kadının gördüğü sarsıcı bir kâbustur. Dehşetle
uyanan kadın, gördüğü bu karanlık gelecek vizyonundan korkup sinmek yerine,
harekete geçmeye karar verir. Telefonuna sarılır ve tek bir talimat verir -
Pankartları hazırlayın. Benimkine 'Doğanın Sesi Ol!' yazın.
Film, kayıtsızlığın ve kitle psikolojisinin yıkıcı sonuçlarını gözler önüne
sererken, en karanlık kâbusların bile bir eylem ve umut çağrısına
dönüşebileceğini vurgular.
In a magnificent amphitheater carved into a natural hillside, where giant tree
roots form the stage, the Nature Orchestra performs the raw and serene melodies
of the universe on instruments made of leaves and organic materials. But for the
modern audience, disconnected from nature, this pure harmony soon turns into
unbearable boredom.
The first spark, ignited by a small act of indifference, rapidly grows into a
collective frenzy. Disrespect that begins with mocking laughter and trash thrown
on stage soon escalates into the harassment of musicians, the smashing of
instruments, and the total destruction of the stage by industrial machines.
Hiding behind mob psychology, individuals join this destructive ritual, fueled
by senseless excuses, personal prejudices, and fleeting whims.
As the audience creates the show they wanted, nature itself has the final say -
the entire amphitheater, along with the crowd inside it, collapses into a giant
chasm and is swallowed by silence. Months later, the once-green valley is now a
massive open-pit mine—the scar of industrial ruin.
However, this entire catastrophe is a jarring nightmare experienced by a young
woman. Waking in terror, instead of being paralyzed by the dark vision of the
future she has witnessed, she decides to take action. She grabs her phone and
gives a single command - Get the signs ready. Write 'Be the Voice of Nature!' on
mine.
While laying bare the destructive consequences of apathy and mob psychology, the
film emphasizes that even the darkest nightmares can be transformed into a call
for action and hope.
This film is an allegory about modern humanity's disconnect from nature, and how
quickly this simple apathy can transform into a collective ritual of destruction.
To depict this surreal and nightmarish collapse, using artificial intelligence
as a narrative tool was the right choice. Artificial intelligence enabled me to
create both the fairytale-like purity of the Nature Orchestra and the irrational
brutality of the crowd with a visual language that one could only see in dreams.
My goal was to unsettle the audience and have them ask themselves the question -
How far are we from being part of this ritual of destruction?
