Burçak HarputluoğluBorn and raised in Istanbul, Burçak Harputluoğlu graduated from Saint Joseph High School in 1997. During her high school years, she actively played volleyball and also acted in the plays performed in the Theater Group. Her dance journey, which started with folk dance at the age of 7, continued with contact improvisation, modern dance, and Latin dance studies during her university years. Afterwards, she continues her dance life, which she enriched with tango, flamenco, modern dance and adult ballet studies. Level 1 dance coaching is in the implementation phase. Burçak, who carried her works of art to the visual field in time; she received advanced photography training from different Private Institutions and İsmek. In her private life and due to her work, she’s travelled to different cities and towns in Europe and Turkey, including North America, and has observed the experiences and taken photographs both the architectural structure and the lives. In order to develop this knowledge and experience at the international level, she continued her education and training life, which she took a long break after she graduated from, after her higher engineering education, with the Proficiency in Art program that she started at Maltepe University in 2018 and completed it in September 2022. After receiving film Producing Training from Pelin Ekinci Kaya at Istanbul Film Academy in 2019, she met Zeynep Atakan at the Pitching Studio training at the beginning of 2020 and received Project Development, Project File Preparation, Budget Preparation training from her. She is a member of House of Yapımlab, which develops the network interaction created by Zeynep Atakan. She takes mentorship from Zeynep Atakan to develop her professional career on cinema. Since 2018, she has worked as an Art Director, Producer, Actor, Assistant Director in short film projects. The film "Erk", in which she was producer and art director is selected to official selections in National and International festivals and was gained the 3rd Prize in the Rotari 1st Örsçelik Balkan Film Competition.
